At Vila Mora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Vila Mora tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
